Our studio is situated in the heart of Kuwait City on Mubarak al Kabeer Street, offering a convenient and vibrant location. Ideal for photo, video, and podcast projects, our space provides a creative environment with two settings available – an office and a lounge.
Kuwait Studio Space
Our studio is situated in the heart of Kuwait City on Mubarak al Kabeer Street, offering a convenient and vibrant location. Ideal for photo, video, and podcast projects, our space provides a creative environment with two settings available – an office and a lounge.
Rates: KWD20 /hour
This rate includes:
- Access to 2 setups for shoots (an office and a lounge space)
- Access to comprehensive lighting equipment
- Backdrops, and chroma
- Fits 2-4 people
- Smart TVs
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- x1.5 Shower/Bathroom
- Bookings are made in 2-hour slots.
Additional amenities and services that are available at an extra cost include:
- Basic Editing: KWD10 for every 30 seconds of video
- Videographer: Capture your moments professionally with our videographer service at KWD20 per hour.
- Podcast Unit: Elevate your podcast recording with our dedicated PODMIC RØDE unit, available for an extra fee of KWD10 per hour.
Note: All trash that doesn’t fit in the studio trashcan must be removed.

2. Parking
Parking options
Mubarak Al Kabeer Tower offers both rear and front parking options for your convenience.

3. Lighting
Space has natural light.

The entire front wall is glass windows. The main windows have blinds that can be pulled down to block natural light.

4. Sound
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Our studio is designed to minimize echo, providing a conducive environment for recording. While it's not 100% noise cancellation, it effectively reduces external sounds and won't impact the quality of our work.

We have three elevators, each with dimensions of approximately 2.2 meters in height, 1 meter in width, and 2 meters in depth.

Electrical system description
We can provide an extension. However, please note that we don't have any 3-phase electricity wires, so we can run the 240 watts.

7. Host Rules
General Rules
OVERTIME & LATE ARRIVALS
SKUDLERS Studio Space is only available during the time you have reserved. Customers do not receive additional time to set up and/or break down. That time should be included in the time block that is reserved. Customers must conclude their use and clear the venue promptly at the time designated on the reservation. Customers must plan to exit the venue at closing. You will not be able to enter the venue before your reservation time. Customers who stay longer than their reserved end time will be automatically billed for any additional time and a half in the space, in half hour increments, no exceptions.
Customers who show up late for booking reservations will not be provided additional time or credits. Customers must contact SKUDLERS Studio Space directly and immediately via email or phone once they know they will need to be in the space longer than the designated end time.
In the event of an emergency or a customer not adhering to SKUDLERS Studio Space’s rules, SKUDLERS Studio Space reserves the right to cancel a customer booking and/or demand the customer vacate the space immediately. SKUDLERS Studio Space will not provide refunds to customers who do not adhere to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
SKUDLERS Studio Space will reschedule bookings within 30 days if possible when SKUDLERS Studio Space closes due to severe weather or other emergencies.
VENUE SET UP & EQUIPMENT
Customers are welcome to change the arrangement of furniture and decor in the space during their reservation. All rearranged items must be placed back in their original location by the end of the customer's reservation. Any customer reserving the space will be responsible for the condition of the space, and will be financially responsible for any damage caused by members of the organization or attendees during the time the room is reserved. Do not attach posters, balloons, and other decorations to walls, light fixtures, or ceilings.
NO GLITTER, SMALL PARTICLE DECOR, ETC. IS ALLOWED.
Smoking, hookah or vaping of any kind is not allowed on the premises - inside or outside. You will be charged an additional $350 fee if these items are used or smoking occurs.
KITCHEN USE & REFRESHMENTS
Only light refreshments or snacks (sandwiches, cookies, water, sodas, tea, coffee, etc.) are allowed in the space during customer content shoot bookings. Use of the oven and stove is welcome.
SKUDLERS Studio Space has a 24-hour security camera.
We don't offer equipment or decor for shoots, other than what is featured in the listing photos. Clients should bring in everything they need.
- All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required - Furniture and decorations may be moved
- All furniture can be moved, but it must be returned to it's original location by the end of the reservation block.
- Smoke machines are not allowed
- Nudity is not allowed
- Security cameras and recording devices
