The Founder
Our respected founder, Mr. Khaled Yousef Al-Marzouq, was a successful Kuwaiti businessman who founded the Souq Al-Salmiya Real Estate Company. He had a great passion for trade and modern architecture, which aligned with the social and political structure of Kuwait and its prospects. Despite his passing, his legacy continues to inspire the company and its vision.
Mr. Khaled Yousef Al-Marzouq's pioneering and distinguished legacy lives on through the successful companies he established. These companies have made significant contributions to Kuwait's history and renaissance, alongside strategic partners who played a major role in establishing major institutions such as The Commercial Bank of Kuwait, The Kuwait Real Estate Bank, and the Kuwait Real Estate Company.
In addition to this heritage, the late Mr. Khaled Yousef Al-Marzouq had a major role in establishing many other prominent companies, including Kuwait Projects Construction and Real Estate Company, Al-Lulu Real Estate Company, Kuwait Financial Group Company, Nouf Real Estate Company, Bab Al-Kuwait Press Company (Al-Anbaa Newspaper), and Youssef Al-Marzouq and Lulwa Al-Nassar for Islamic Medicine
In 2000, Souq Al-Salmiya Real Estate Company was established to build one of Kuwait's largest commercial complexes of its time. Souq Al-Salmiya Commercial Complex is a modern shopping Centre in Kuwait that combines traditional market style and cultural heritage.
